Life can be overwhelming and some unexpected feelings are difficult to manage. It can be tough to cope with things when they are too much to bear and self-sufficient skills that used to be helpful, aren’t doing what they used to. Sometimes our relationships become complicated and begin to be difficult to navigate and we need assistance doing so. Sometimes we need help overcoming the habits we would like to change.
Working together we can collaborate and implement skills to navigate difficult feelings, changes and issues in relationships, as well as work on overcoming behaviors we want to change.
